Soup in a Bread Bowl (Fundraiser Event)
Location: All 28 Colorado Panera Bread Bakery-Cafes
Throughout February, all 28 Colorado Panera Bread bakery-cafes will donate $0.25 of each soup in a bread bowl purchase to Porter Hospice and St. Anthony Hospice as part of its involvement in Soup for the Soul, a unique and heartwarming fundraiser.
Orphan Hosting (Ministry Outreach)

Do you have a love for orphans but can’t go away on a mission trip? New Horizons for Children brings the mission to you. Christian families can host an orphan in their home for 4 weeks this summer. There are groups flying into Denver so picking them up is easy. Photos and bios are now available online. Prayerfully consider inviting an orphan from Latvia or Ukraine to spend time with your family this summer. The Land Southward (Theatre)

With its World Premiere in Southern California in 2005, "The Land Southward" received rave reviews, audience acclaim and was awarded Best New Play at the 2005 Orange County Weekly Awards. It provides a thought provoking look at the fallout in Southern Utah resulting from the Nevada Nuclear Test Site and the victims of the "downwind syndrome”. All performances will be held at Springs Ensemble Theatre, 1903 E. Cache La Poudre St., Colorado Springs, CO 80909.
